Selin is a widely experienced marketing and communications expert, a talented ad woman (specialized particularly on internet advertising) and a visionary business advisor. After graduating from Bilkent University in Business Administration, she moved to New York, where she got her Master's degree in Marketing from well-known Baruch College. She then stayed and worked in New York for several prestigious ad agencies for over six years. Getting back to Turkey in late 2007, until 2015, she held some top-management positions in marketing and communications at reputable  hospitality and F&B brands. She is now offering her talent, experience and consultancy to her clients only to have them achieve their business goals through a concentrated effort on efficient marketing plans and strategies.

Banu is an experienced marketing professionnal, an award-winning author and a passionate creative thinker. Having obtained her Bachelor's degree in Management from Dokuz Eylul University, she has earned her master's degree in Marketing from the reputable University of Wales in UK. Following more than a decade of a significant career in hospitality and F&B marketing, enriched with local and international experiences in various locations including London, Maine, Izmir and Istanbul, she now conveys her knowledge and  experience to her clients in the most clear, effective and promising way to help them grow their businesses through a solid and an applicable marketing strategy.

Bulent is an investor, an F&B business advisor and an old-school sociologue. Living in London for almost twenty years, he opened a number of individual restaurants in the social hubs of the city and partially operated them to support the owners throughout the opening and warm-up periods. He has a deep knowledge and understanding about the start-up process of an F&B entreprise including the costs, legislations, operational requirements and marketing needs, as well as the keys to turn the business into a lucrative and a respected investment. Based in London, Bulent is in charge of all European operations of Tac-Tics.

Gokce is a marketing and research analyst and an interior designer. After finishing her dual degree in Economics and International Marketing and Accounting in Izmir and the Netherlands, she moved to the US and worked for a consulting company that specialized in World Bank projects. After obtaining her MBA from Baruch College in New York, she then moved to San Francisco to follow her passion for design and studied Interior Design and Architecture at UC Berkeley. From design concept to completion, she brings her experience across multiple disciplines to thoroughly understand client needs and enable their aspirations. Based in San Francisco, she’s currently helping hospitality and retail clients with their branding and interior design needs in the US market.
